🔍 How do I track my order?

You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment's status.


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment methods:

❌ We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.


🔒 How secure is my online order?

All online transactions are processed through a SSL-secure web page. Your payment data is encrypted and securely transmitted to our payment processor.

When is my credit card charged?

Your card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.


🏷 Can I use multiple discount codes?

No. Only one promotion or discount code can be used per order, unless otherwise specified.


📦 What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you received your package and something is missing, please contact us immediately at contact@sedozik.com, and we’ll assist you right away.


💱 Are there any exchange rates applied to my order?

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your card issuer will apply the daily exchange rate on the date of processing.


How do I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within a very short window. If cancellation is approved:

  • A 30% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing fees.

  • Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

🚚 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
📌 Please use your residential address, not a temporary/vacation address, to avoid customs or delivery delays.
